buying this phone is a mistake, in most cases. Works fine for about a year, but after that both the software and hardware start having problems. Without resetting, the phone will just keep slowing down and freezing (which is funny because it will also start heating up a lot) apps will randomly close, some totally regular file types will stop opening (by regular I mean ones like .png .jpg .pdf .mp3 .mp4 etc) and eventually the phone will just start rebooting randomly. The volume and unlock buttons will stop responding after a lot of use, because the cheap plastic will end up breaking. You'll have to use mostly the fingerprint scanner! Except it also starts having problems, so sometimes the phone will boot up and the scanner will be completely unresponsive. This is just what I've personally had to deal with, so maybe there's even worse problems.
unless you're in a *really* desperate need for a phone to use for a short while or need a burner phone, this cheap plastic square ain't for you. Save up and get something else, something decent, something that isn't a Blu phone.

Nice Android phone.
I like it more than iPhone X, although it is cheaper.
Fast and reliable, two SIM, expansion microSD up to 256 GB.
Beauty.

I love my blue phones. I am now using the BLU R2 plus and I am very happy with it's performance. I find it similar to the BLU Vivo XL2 which I loved. I really don't think you can beat the price and performance combo this phone offers. My two previous phones before finding BLU had been Samsung and I am so glad I found out about BLU.
