I am using Blu studio 5.0 C and my network is always on Edge.I've tried the mobile settings various times but its still not working.My internet connection is very slow.

Blu has a seriously weak long-term plan, but that is their strength!
I have the Blu Studio 5.0 C (model number D830u).
Blu seems to take professional reviews seriously and change features in response to these reviews. Unfortunately, for the company and customers, there is a lot of confusion surrounding their product. 3rd party accessories are also discouraged with the changing of configurations yearly. It seems they've changed the camera lens and flash configuration every season for the last three years.
The Blu D830u is the US version of the phone, D830l is the "international" version. The "u" model has more frequency options and seems to be a good choice for those wanting worldwide opportunities for compatibility.
While Android Lollipop is going through its growing pains, it is still an improvement over KitKat... Deal is that it's biggest points of complaint in my experience are OS issues (i.e. options being grayed out when, in the past, they were available-making my MVNO setup slightly difficult to walk through step-by-step).
The phone has really impressed me. Having Samsungs for a while, this is a nice and comfortable switch.
While maybe not as packed as a OnePlus, this does a nice job at less than half the price. I use Ting (and yes, I have a referral code dealy but I won't violate rules here, like some) and I save a lot of money on a monthly basis by going the unlocked route, this phone just saved me $10 a month (12/mo for the OnePlus) to $45 a month (compared to Samsung). More frequent upgrades to my phone are now possible economically.
No issues with battery life (hey, I handed down a phone and it is now 3-years old with great battery life, I taught my kids how to avoid battery damage and life-shortening habits). Lithium Ion is not a mystery and can last a long time with some simple stuff.

I'm new to the "Blu" phone and I'm trying to decide which one to buy based on the reviews I read. The ones on this website are worthless. 90% of the reviews have misspelled words or just make no sense due to the words people decide to use.. Proof read people... Thank you..

Hey, I'm in Am Sam, I bought a BLU 5.0C while in Hawaii, my phone servicer can't unlock it. They need a to enter the program & get the phone to work.. Do you know what # they are referring to? Thanks
