I just bought three Blu Studio 5.0 II phones from Amazon after I just read that it has gyro sensor feature. Unfortunately, after I launched mine and opened one of the virtual reality apps, I found out that it does not have gyro.

It happens to me when I used it to take photos and calling while raining.after some time the volume button was weirdly working like the up button don't work and down was annoying and power button not working..I opended the cover and wait for 10 min before turningit on after ione day it started working but the phone become reallllllly slow

Phone refuses to play certain videos. Plays some videos once and then NEVER! This is weird and annoying!

My hubby bought me this blue studio 5.0|| last year sept and all now I can't enjoy the phone I have to use the headphone to listen to music n this imei just come up on d phone at d bottom its saying INVALID IMEI n it just cut d network technicians have my phone more than me am sick of it n it is costing me give us some info on your phone u invented please thank you

YORKE 12, 23 Jun 2015pls can anyone post how I can fix the 3g to YOUTUBE for me.I am using blue studio for the past months but I had not have the 3g on before the phone is always on E, now st the opening of any app the phone tells me "processcom.phone is not working. It ask me to wait or to stop close, the contacts to the same it takes a longtime before opening. The switch of the phone is also not working unless I have a call before it comes on, I mean the home screen. Everything about the phone is dying what will I do please help.

Apps force closes saying apparently such and such has stopped ex. Instagram has stopped or Google services has stopped. THen i cant open anything on the phone .sending a report does not help. Whenever the data connection is on the phone and internet seems to freeze way too often but then whenI rerestart it it freezes (stuck ) on the Blu sign! How can I fix this because it really sucks?
