to get your PC to connect to the phone go to device manager on the PC there will be a yellow exclamation mark, just right click on it to update drivers but click on let me pick from a list and the drivers will update, the only thing is you cant still upload music or pictures

me too, i read in google is a posible delete part a rom of a dispositive.

Bought a Blu Studio 5.0 lte. failed after 5 months, after waiting close to 2 months for their various warranty options (all the offerings were far inferior to the phone I purchased) I had to accept a sub standard phone as a replacement. Highly recommend you do not purchase a Blu phone of any caliber.

I got one brand new and it keeps telling me it need WiFi update . I push download and it will not download the update.I'm ready to return if I can't get help. Is they're anyway to download file from my laptop directly to my phone

Got this phone for Christmas and I loved it! Bright color, simple Android phone, and enough functionality for my needs. Unfortunately, after a year and exactly a month from receiving this phone, it started freezing. Taking out the battery and reinserting it was the only way to unfreeze it. I did it at least 10 times a day. It would freeze in the middle of the night and none of my alarms would go off in the morning. I love it so much that I don't want to get a new phone, however, BLU services were not very helpful. They DO NOT answer emails sent to them for inquiries. And after backing up my data for a factory reset for an attempt to fix this thing, I don't know how to transfer my files back to the phone. It doesn't give you the option. Connecting it to your computer doesn't work because it doesn't even identify a device being plugged in. The File Explorer app doesn't help either. copying and pasting files to the phone doesn't give you the option of using the apps or the contacts you transferred to the sd card. It just takes up space on your phone's internal memory. Everything just sucks now.

ABSOLUTELY WORST PHONE EVER !!!i received this phone for my BD in June. FYI i have the HD version. well within a month of receiving this phone, it began to freeze up...phone would just lock on whatever screen i happened to be on. only fix was to remove the battery. needless to say i spend more time removing the battery to reset my phone than actually y using it. i have written to the company numerous times to complain and ask if there was anything i could so such as upgrades, or whatever....of course never heard a word from this company,.... worst ever to deal with...spend a little extra and get a samsung....thats who i am going back to...and the 13 mp camera on this HD one i got is horrible....takes worse pics than an 8mp....

I've had this for not even two months now and the longer I had the phone the more problems it caused... when I open apps it runs nicely for a few minutes and then it lagges for two minutes and then it crashes with the message "Unfortunately*app* has stopped working" my keyboard lags every few seconds and the battery life barely lasts me the day... Do any of you know how to fix this?

I am very disapointed in Blu Studios I adored my phone it means everything to me . Well for no apparent rason it malfunctioned and I have been without a phone going on three weeks now. I am usually very busy I am on disability and want nothing mor than to regain my life back as a normal working citizen. I enjoy helping others I long to minister for this is my calling. Without a phone my hands are tied I am without smiles and laughter which also brings down my peers.... Blu PROMISED ME MY PHONE IN THREE TO FIVE DAYS It's been three weeks Please I need my phone They have recieved all they need I have warranty What is the hold up ....I use straight talk for service because I'm beginning life again ssi is week term of income so I wasted fifty dollars on a service I could not use Tinav Ardito I loved my phone while it worked a very short period of time

I just bought other headphones because my original blu headphones went bad. The phone wont allow it to skip or pause music or change the volume. The headphones work fine with other phones and even a blu studio c. Is there a setting i can change to fix this?
