OK so my blu studio 5.0 s ii screen flexes where the home, menu, and back buttons are like it's bending downward. Has anyone else had this problem please let me know what u did to fix it or if this is normal.

i just got this blu phone. my issue is i my service through metro pcs. i have calling and text but data connection is disconnected and no one in the metro pcs/tmobile world seem to not know how to solve this issue. other than that i dont have any other complaints. when i reboot the phone it says no sim card in slot one. which slot is one and which is two somebody tell me. there is the gsm slot in which i have my metro pcs sim card and the other slot is empty. it works great on wifi. any help would be great. even if it means going to get a gsm sim from another carrier. any advice would help

So I came from the Samsung world and have had the blu studio 5.0 s ii for about two days and so far I enjoy this phone blu has been doing well. I have the same functionality of the Galaxy phone I have owned and in a smaller size. This phone is pretty nice and would highly recommend it.

Love the phone for two weeks. After two weeks it would not turn on. It was not dropped or abused. In fact did not have a scratch on it.
Battery was good but none of the buttons worked. Removed battery/reinstalled...nothing. drained the battery and recharged it...nothing.
contacted Blu. They got back with me after 5 days and told me to reboot by pressing the keys...in other words they did not even read the email of my buttons don't work issue.
Amazon has agreed to give me a full refund.

irresistible stewy, 19 Aug 2014I had my blu studio 5.0 S 2 for almost 2 months and one day... moreI have had this phone for a little over 8 months and it was all good up until yesterday all of sudden my battery stop taking a charge, it would say it's charging but it wasn't. I took it to a technician and he assured me it was the charger port but after him working on it for a few hours it still did the same thing, now he said its the IEM and there is no way to replace it.

the microSD slot is capable of handling up to 32GB, not 64GB as stated.

I had my blu studio 5.0 S 2 for almost 2 months and one day it just blanked off, I did a battery pull hoping it would come back on it powered up and it didn't getmto access anything on the screen cause it remained blank. My warranty had already expired so I had no hope in returning it to a dealer and being compensated a new one. When I took it to a phone to a techincian I was told it was a software problem but unfortunately there wasnt a software available for the phone. So now I'm stuck with this phone as an ornament hoping one day it would come back on

Just ordered and got my hands on one of these devices out of box its a wow factor in design and feel of the device. Broadens the eyes of Galaxy faithful users when they hear the price and see the performance. I am more than happy with my purchase.
Hopefully BLU will release a KITKAT update for this device and soon.
PS it uses 1 Mini SIM and 1 Micro-SIM.
