well, i read all the comments and i cant believe, i have since 2014 whit my studio 5.5 and this shit still working well, it is a mistery because my wife has used 2 blu cell phones and that phones was a piece of crap , i dont remeber the models only one i think is blu life or live but really sucks and my studio 5.5 still working and i use that shit all day, the battery needs to reload each 20 hours but the rest of the functions are ok.

After taking & putting battery back in about 6 times, it still won't come back on. Had a lot of notes in the sticky app. Does anyone think a new battery would help? Got it in June 2015'. (It has full charge now). Thanks

young money, 03 Apr 2016the phone is not picking up my sim card I have the same problem. The Sim cards worked in my other phone but sadly it broke so I bought a new BLU Studio 5.5 and it will not even give me a connection...says for emergency only. I HATE MY BLU!

When I bought my BLU Studio 5.5 I loved the way it looked and worked on WI FI and took pictures BUT I cannot make it work with my h2O service. So, I am paying each month for a phone that will not connect to my service. Even tried different SIMS but still no phone service even though it is set up and am told that it is working. What is wrong with this piece on junk?

To be frank. Blu isnt a good brand phone and unlike other phones Blu doesnt have alot of space.Theres so many problems with this stupid brand...its a peice of shiy

The screen freezes, it reboots and I only have 8 GB of storage. It is such a disappointment. I wanted to buy a phone made in the U.S. now I wished I had purchased a Samsung. Stay awayfrom the BLU cellphones, not worth it!

I purchased my BLU 5.5 Studio in December 2015 and shortly after, it started turning off for no apparent reason and the screen would freeze. Sometimes I have to remove the battery and restart the phone. Very disappointed with this cellphone. It's my first and last BLU cell phone. I wanted to purchase a phone made in the United Sates but now I wish I had purchased a more expensive phone, i.e., Samsung. There is no notification light when messages arrive. If I had to redo the purchase I would not buy a BLU cellphone. Stay away from them, they have issues and it's just not worth it. Looking for a replacement for this phone and it will NOT be a BLU purchase. I have learned my lesson.

I bought myphone in 2015 had to send it in to get it repaired, the phone died and never came back on. so it took them til january and three calls demanding my phone before I got it back. so they gave me a new phone because mine was repairable.
oh no! so the new one came in january 2016 and now it is not charging and it get stock on screens. I like certain features alot like the dual sim but the issues makemefeellikei am wasting mymoney. my issues
batterry
screen gets stock
facebook drains battery
google maps kills my battery
SD card storage dont wk
I have 4g with cricket this phone is 3g and second sim don't wk either 3g also.
battery getting low is not being displayed on my phone while it charges and constant beeping

You will probably have to unlock the phone to be able to remove the stock apps that came with the phone. This will probably also enable you to fully utilize the memory card.

I bought a blu neo plus about a month ago and it has limited memory space and I bought a SD memory card of 8gb and it is still saying insufficient storage. I only have 2 apps WhatsApp and facebook and that was before the chip. Now I can't get any apps to download. Do I have to connected the chip to the phone?

sorry guys i must have the only blu studio 5.5c that works like a dream i got it in 2015 and never had a minute of trouble with, the battery life is great i charge once a week for a full charge or just use the car charger when ever i remember to do so i have to say for the money i found it well worth it im in the military so it gets a lot of abuse and its never let me down i will be upgrading to the newest blu phone when im back in the states for a visit .....well done blu great phone.....

I like this phone. The selfie camera is probably my only concern. For me its a pretty liable and updated phone if you dont want to spend 500 on one.

I bought this phone in 2015 and I only used it for like a week or two... Then a lot of pop ups began.. Xxx pop ups, I don't even watch those stuff.. Its says this has stopped working and that has stopped working. It freezes, this white dot comes up on the middle, left side of the screen and the whole screen dims. It's ridiculous because I had to pay a lot to get this device. And up to now it hasn't said that the OS can be updated.. I don't know what to do, it's difficult for me to just do away with this device. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.
