after getting my phone replaced 3 times it has failed again. they offered me a $30 credit to get a new piece of crap. not going to buy blu again!!!!
do not buy from this company! they produce shitty phones that break and will not stand behind their product. i have had the same phone fail 3 times and when i called again today they tell offer me a $30 credit toward another shitty phone!

It does lag a bit and it does shut you out but you know what the biggest problem is ? The company,it doesn't back you up on anything. They won't even answer you back on any blog or post anywhere. And forget about calling,I don't think their customer service reps. know anything except sorry for your inconvenience there is nothing we can do. So much for out of country experience. Keep your junk Trump will make U.S.A. great again . And have a great day

i too agree this is the worst phone every, i have fixed this phone before and within two week time, the same problem i spent to fix start again. the phone constantly rebooting over and over again. I HATE THIS PHONE VERY MUCH.

JUNK, GARBAGE, SCRAP are all things that are BETTER then this phone. Works great for about a month then just goes completely to crap. Keeps force closing all apps, keyboard just shuts down whenever, laggy as hell, keeps doing the same phone update over n over again with no changes except slower. Wifi is crap on it have full bars of wifi n 4g still takes dial up speed to load anything. All in all it was my first blu phone and last. Would not recommend to a child TOTAL GARBAGE ONLY HAD FOR 4 MONTHS.....must add had apps that i downloaded and deleted trird to redownload and they wont now. Have had to factory reset 6+ times and still junk.

I too have had problems with this model. Nice phone wicked fast for games but once battery drops to 15% starts acting up. Don't let phone shut down due to dead battery will get stuck in boot cycle. Sent first on in for repairs now waiting on my replacement hopefully new one won't be so bad.

Please do not think to purchase this phone, it's nightmare to me, they're worse phone I ever have, the service also terrible, they're don't guarantee for their products, first used within two month, than no functions, store was nice give me new one, guest what? second, have happened again just over one month, I had contact them, they're asked me ship back to them, then they'll repair for me, but I have pay the freight cost for both way. please do not consider to purchase it

looks like I bought another piece of junk because my studio 5.5c cannot connect to my network and I don't know what a authentication error is or how to fix. because they don't have a phone number to contact them if im having problems, so I am very disappointed in everything about this phone and they have a very limited manual and it don't cover anything
