I have been upset with this phone from the beginning. There is no comprehensive user manual. Over and over I have tried to do things by trial and error. Today I wanted to download pictures taken with the phone to my computer. The cables are connected but I have been unsuccessful. The user manual online just gives a very brief few lines about how to take pictures. This phone is very frustrating. Do not buy.

No major problems with my Studio 6 HD. Just two design issue \s I'd like to see fixed.
1.) There's a "Back" button to go back through web sites you've been on but no "Forward" Button.
2.) The location of the Volume button directly across from the Power button is a nuisance. Keep turning the volume down when I want to shut the phone off or it goes to a special menu screen when I turn it on because both buttons are pressed. Because the phone is big, you tend to have to hold it that way when turning it off or on.

Worst phone I have ever used. Literally died and never turned on again after a month and a half of use. Perfect condition, never been dropped, no water damage. Just gradually got slower and slower and till it just never turned on again.

I'm just going on a week with this phone.. and my volume is so low,it don't even work on my Bluetooth speaker...my 2nd Blu phone..I figured that the last one messed up cause of me...Wrong,I took good care of it...It just stop turning on...Now this 6.0 is another waste of time n money...So any thinking about getting a Blu product...Think twice n read all the reviews B4 buying this crappy shit that they call phone

Was sent this phone upgrade. After the first one I bought from best buy stopped working after two days than I got a replacement. That phone too was defective. So I took up directly up with the Blu Company. I thought it would be great to have a upgrade. I was instintly excited for about a week as this phone was no different then the last. Phone sucked camera sucked internet sucked.

This phone is to slow using the different tools going from one settings to another even when you update phone still moves slow, I DON'T LIKE THIS PHONE THEY NEED TO FIND ALL PROBLEMS AND FIX THEM ASAP.

My phone glitched and now I dont know what it did so now my notifications when my phone is locked it says content hidden and I tried resetting it and it stayed the same and it's not set to hide my notifications
