Bought this phone last year July working perfectly fine until couple days ago it started showing the wrong time and I just rebooted it and after that it's not picking up any of my sim cards. Check imei# it says "null".anyone knows how to get this back on the phone or to fix this problem?

I bought this device last year in April 2015, Had Dead Pixel Issue in the first 3 months ,I contacted the company & paid shipping from pocket to mail to them, then eventually I got the replaced phone after 1 month.... so ANNOYING.....
After 4 months the Microphone stopped working, contacted the Customer service at BLU. wasted my time with low grade offers....It already has been over a month I haven't got my phone yet, after sending numerous emails, now they are still going to take 10 more days to repair the phone......

~My 6.0 LTE~
Good: It has a durable screen as far as glass goes, I like the keyboard, it takes photos like a boss, It's great for music with that enormous speaker. It's easy to change settings.
Bad: Every Time I open the Third camera menu the phone crashes. It is slow, laggy, and overheats ALOT! If you set it down hard enough it restarts. If you turn it off don't expect it to come on first try because it wont, it will just sit there on the BLU screen until you pull the battery or it dies. Sometimes the phone wakes up from sleep without turning on the screen. Large apps (Goat Simulator, Plants vs Zombies, etc) just kill it immediately. if you're trying to push a button on the touchscreen you have to press slightly above it. If you move an app on the Homescreen the remove icon sticks on and won't go away until you restart the phone. The camera gets realy hot whenever the phone is on. It will only take very specific headphones. Call quality... Let's just say there is none (and that's not because of my cell carrier). The charge Icon glitches out and freezes a lot. The keyboard randomly sticks when double clicking so instaid of typing something like "Cheese" it types "Che3se", but only sometimes. (Also you cant swipe type). It doesn't get Amber or Weather allerts even if you tell it to receive them. Currently It is sitting on my desk with the battery removed until it decharged becuse i tried five times to turn it on and never got past thr BLU screen. Oh, and good luck buying a case for it.
All in all, still beter than my previous phone (Not a BLU Studio), which had a battery defect and caught fire... I think technology hates me XD

D battery life is crap.... moreyou can always BUY a new battery.....just sayin.... people CAN do that...... only battery issue i ever have with mine is playin games for 6 hours an it drops to 30%....which...btw.... IS NORMAL FOR ANY PHONE!!! as for the sound..... no issues on mine

0utat1me, 03 Dec 2015I have had this phone since August 2015, and they will not ... moreprocessor ''kill'' anything either your pushing a somewhere an don't know it or you set turn itself off after a set time... an didn't know it..... ive never had any issues with this phone at all....

This is an horrible phone, I pay about R$650 and in 6 mounths of use, I never let fall on the floor and the screen unglued near the power button, part of the touch screen stop working, to fix it cost about the price of the phone. BLU NEVER AGAIN!

I have had this phone since August 2015, and they will not upgrade it to lollipop, the built in process killer kills my music services (I have tried several apps, including the built in one), and eventually the 3.5mm jack broke. Terrible support, not worth the price. I would recommend the ASUS Zenfone 2 as an alternative. I have not had the Zenfone 2 yet, but I intend to buy it after I return my BLU for the warranty.

Recently got this phone have no problems so far the camera is pretty good when I used it too long it gets a little hot at the back near the camera but that's it overall its a pretty good phone for the price I would recommend it
