i got my blu 7.0 3 days ago, and the play store is taking long to open up or load. ....come on now blu ....if your selling a cheep phone sell a good working cheep one .this a rip off!! If you can't sell a good cheep phone...don't put it on the market. Alot Of ppl making complaints.an if you guys can't get your" act "together you just loose a customer and you will loose more. ..until you have none to sell to.... an that's the truth my friends

I wonder if the reports against it is only by people that sell another kind and do not like the fact, this unit is great and is worth every dollar it cost.

Bought it for my wife who is old fashion and travels for work internationally. Excite to meet her in Memphis yesterday to give her the phone....Charged it while getting ready for dinner and once off the charger it dies I mean I've never seen anything like it...I was so embarrassed. These phones are a reflection of what they really are...cheap phones.

This is my second one. My husband brought it and it shut off and the battery light kept blinking not wanting to charge or come back on... This is the second one and now its taking the play store easy long to load my social network apps. I had the other blue and that was fine.... Please fix it blu

I've had this phone replaced 3 times and I'm done. I shouldn't have to reset the phone thru the pin hole because it keeps turning off. Returning the phone tomorrow & will wait till Blue get their act together!

I had my unit now for a week and love it. Glad to find the pin hole to reset the this and hear it is working well. Would of been nice if the document showed that point and that it was a reset hole like some other data units I have had to reset. That may of helped others here from returning the BLU Studio 7.7.I happy with it.

Try iDROID Royal V7 5.5" Android KitKat phone in the same price range, I just got mine from AMAZON last month.

My blu studio phone shut down about 12 times and I knew it was fully charged and when I held the power button down it still wouldn't come on unless I put the charger in and held power button for about 10 minutes. I took back they reset it and it did it again and I took back again they replaced with a new one at metro pcs now I got this one and the flash on the camera doesn't work. So now it's going back tomorrow I haven't had the blu studio a month this is a crappy phone and wouldn't recommend to nobody I did love because of screen size!

I JUST GOT THIS PHONE ON APRIL 2,2015.And it shut off in will not come back on wish I would have did my research.

My wife gave it to me as a gift and is the worse celular I ever had. Just after one week it is in the shop and I am back to my old Sony Tipo small celular. The warranty service is horrible and the store that sales them in Panama just get your money and then you have to fight to get it fixed by the warranty shop. My advice, run, run, run fast and away from it.

I have had my blu 7.0 for just over a week and today my phone has done the same thing, i hung up and then the phone shut off and will not come back on.. My husband has sent his back already for the same reason. What the hell?
