I bought my phone 2weeks ago, is working fine. Three days ago the phone went off but the Led still on, I thought it was battery , I plugged it for few hours but still nothing coming up to the scream, dont know wat else to do. Can someone help me please.

i purchased a blu in december 2014 and for today i am having problems with the phone. its locking off by itself, and the battery is draining very fast. i fully charge it and leave it there then after picking it up after awhile its off, i turned it back on and it keeps coming off till i hear the sound the phone makes when the battery is about to die. can anyone assist me in this problem or tell me what is the problem am experiencing with the blu studio 7.0?

My Blu 7.0 has not turned on since the battery died early this morning. I have had it charging since but it still wont turn on. Also the light to charge isn't coming on what should I do? How do I fix this?

I upgraded from a Samsung Mega, and the Mega took beautiful pictures and videos. This one, not so much. The battery overheats and shuts the phone down, and it's a minimum of 24 hours before it will even take a charge.
