I've got a Blu Studio C running on Android 5.0 for a month or so and I can't get access to a 3G network.
Network mode is 2G/3G/4G (auto). SIM is in the GSM/WCDMA slot.
It only connects to the 2G network.
Can anybody help me please.

Very good affordable phone. Good battery last me all day and the calls are loud and clear. I would recommend this phone.

This was a spec-sheet-deal-of-the-century until it had a couple of weeks under its belt. Then it has grown to be a big disappointment and a complete waste of $100. There was even a time that the big online retailer (A) had stopped selling it themselves (although they did allow other resellers to continue).
From a soft screen (plastic or a bad glass coating) to hiccups in the OS, antenna issues, to a most annoying heat issue that appears to degrade battery life, it has proven over and over again that Chinese cheapos just aren't worth it yet.
Ambient temperatures of 90 degrees or more seem to really mess with everything from software, hardware and battery life. This is not direct sunlight, mind you, this is in a backpack on a nice Southern California day that the screen washes out, antenna range is decreased and the battery sinks quickly.
It is frustrating to know for a small amount more that a more stable brand had a Gorilla Glass-equipped model that doesn't have all the other engineering issues.
Blu's customer service is non-existent. Multiple attempts to contact them in writing, social media and telephone were all met with no response.
Chalk this one up to a big wake-up call to stick with known quality.

Highly recommended! I switched from a Droid RAZR and this is a NICE upgrade.
