I have the issue that everytime I try to use Facebook app or even Facebook through the browser it crashes on me. That's with no other background apps running. It has become aggravating to say the least. Another thing is if I'm messaging through Facebook my key pad will drop down then I cannot get it back on the screen to finish typing no matter how much I tap the screen in the chat box.

I am having problems with my phone. I've had it for about 6 months. If I go on an app, and want to leave the app, a window pops up that say 'android system not responding.' If i try to restart the phone, and the blu logo pop up, and then the screen goes black, and the blu logo keeps popping up and then the screen goes black. In order for me to cut the phone back on, i have to keep taking the battery out amd put it back in. I did the factory reset on my phone, but it is still acting up. Any solutions that can help me or should i just get a new phone?

At least my BLU studio c mini only have 2.3 GB of internal memory. Anothers similars blu studio c mini may have 4gb. Why? Only the factory could know.
