AnonD-628106, 03 Jan 2017This phone is really nice, the only problem is the software... moreBLU AND GIONEE are the same my friend, GIONEE is meant to be for European and Asian Market And Blu is for The American continent and The Caribeans, so if a replacement part cannot be found for BLU Branding try Gionee´s and viceversa, this is just added information.

I am 17 years old and have owned 4 smartphones. This my 3rd choice out of the 4. It is slow and laggy, temperamental with chargers, and I can not even find out what my phone number is without asking anyone. With that being said though, it has decent storage and battery and the camera quality is amazing in decent lighting.

one day my phone would not charge anymore battery died have not been able to boot it up since...lost alot of imporant stuff due to this malfuction....

cholanqm, 01 Nov 2016The wifi on this phone gives so much trouble. Keep getting ... moregot the same problem, you need a better router. i chaged mine and the problem is gone.

This phone is really nice, the only problem is the software, blu dont provides updates for it and dont provide any way to root it!
on stock firmware file its written "gionee6580_we_l", so maybe it could be a clone of some gionee model? would love to find it out and use custom roms on it!

Great smartphone, its fast, comes with nice android, camera is nice, the screen is awesome, im really in love with it!

The wifi on this phone gives so much trouble. Keep getting "authentication problem" wished I never saw this phone

phone suck firmware gets messed up by itself and the blu company wont give you the files to fix it . the phone repair shops also cant get the files so you will just have to spend more $$ on another phone BLU tech support sucks DONT BUY THIS PHONE and ill have good comments when BLU gives me back my $140 and a phone that last more than 50 days

I have recently purchased this phone and it is great considering the price.
The only problem is that because it only has 1GB of RAM it tends to slow up when switching between apps but its tolerable.

i have the blu studio m hd and i cant get pass the welcome screen.... i recently get it from someone so i wiped it.... and am just cant seems to get pass the welcome screen.... because i don't know the google account that was synced on that device .. can someone help me
