Since I bought it 7 months ago, It's been a nightmare to charge it. It reverses the charge instead of charge it and when I'm lucky it take hours and hours to reach 50% of charge.
Never again another Blu cell!

if only blu launches this phone at 3GB RAM and same specs as UMI MOBILE does with the DIAMOND model ( which is same device) it will be perfect, a phone almost undestructible from that branding UMI

Nice size, nice pictures. It has worked well on T Mobile in USA as well as multiple roaming carriers in East Africa. I would buy again in a heartbeat if I did not have eventual issues wuth the battery and charging ports.

The phone is a little quirky, but overall it is pretty good.
For no apparent reason, today, the telephone icon on the opening screen has disappeared. Does anyone know how to get it back?

It works with 4G efficiently. The problem is it becomes hot soon. Otherwise this works very excellent.

i am using this mobile from last 8 months... it is a good mobile phone.... but me have issue in bettery ..because i am using enternet on it hole a day tahts why maybe my blu consume more bettery and on time charge for only 5 to 6 hours .... and me have also heating problem in it.... but overall this is working very good.... thanks

I am really happy with my purchase, have had no issues whatsoever. Battery charged quickly and is holding its initial charge well past the predicted 24 hours. Also this phone provides outstanding audio quality, very impressive.

WARNING! Stay away from Blu products! The Studio One makes the 4th phone that I have received (3 directly from the manufacturer), in 7 months. 2 of the phones, from Blu based in Miami FL, came to me defective. I was promised a Studio One Plus from one of Blu's Customer Service Representative, as an upgrade for my frustrations from receiving defective phones from them. Once management became involved, the promised "Studio One Plus" was downgraded to a "Studio One" - A HUGE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TWO! And by the way, I had to wait almost 3 weeks to receive the piece of crop Studio One phone. People I'm warning you to not purchase Blu phones, they are cheap phones made by a company that does not honor it's word and who does not value the customer!
