My phone was working well and recently sim 1 stopped working. The problem is not the sim, since it worked in another phone. Disappointed!!!!!!!!!

I definitely do not recommend this phone. I purchased this phone to use when visiting family overseas. It advertised 4G but cannot connect to any of the 4g bands in the UK. I was not aware that there are other (slower) bands besides LTE. I was only ever able to get 3G coverage most days and even that was spotty. About half of my trip was on 2G and the poor phone looked like it was trying so hard to connect to anything or make a call. I had no reception on motorways. My my family who lives there and were on the same mobile provider in the same car had full bars of 4G on their LTE phones. I got the phone to use to keep in touch with my husband when we were not out together and it was almost completely useless. Other than the problems with service, the phone ran well so I was disappointed that it had horrible reception. I plan to upgrade my phone for my next trip overseas if my AT&T phone isn't unlocked by then, but will keep this as a backup in case one of our Samsung phones dies and we need something to use until we receive a replacement phone from insurance.

Phone battery problems to the extreme made me turn in my first one for a replacement the next day. I simply with no outlet or charger cable I tried could get it to charge without flickering back and forth between charging and not. The new phone copy didn't do it for six months, but just yesterday it started doing it again. Once more, I can't get the charging to work with any cable or outlet. Some weird quirks about both times it's happened is that it will do it for hours on end and tell me the whole time the battery's slowly declining, but after disconnecting the charger, it will tell me it's half full suddenly a day or two later of no use, especially if I take the battery out and put it back in, even if it should be completely full for having charged a whole day. The whole thing is extraordinarily frustrating and completely avoidable if they had ever so slightly quality control to avoid simple electrical connectivity problems in the phones internal wiring. This company may advertise as producing nice phones affordably, but really the only thing nice about them is they run on Android. I'm going to get a refund to help switch and never look back, especially if I don't want to go through their entire production line looking for a phone with CORRECT WIRING.

The phone claims 4g, but the phone only offers 3g or 2g in settings. Sounds like misadvertisement.
