Sim card is saying not plugged in i even reatarted the phone and the same thing appears the sim card works in other phonea what to do

have the 8.0 and trafone service. keeps losing sim. try reseating it still no. called trac they send a new signal and it works for a couple of calls then no bars and the sim is grey in settings. 3rd sim card. asked BLU AND they said try simm slot 2. it only has 1 slot.

I have a blue touchbbook 8 , I love it but can't set my data plan on there....I saw the option once to use as a phone instead of the tablet but now can't find it

My Blu touchbook7.0 is not working very well. The SD port cannot accept a 16GB memory card. Cost me lot of money and still not fixed. It working like a boom going blow off any time. Can't even upgrade from KitKat to marshmallow.
MY ADVICE TO YOU PEOPLE WHO ARE READING THIS

I just received my Touchbook today. I cannot get the SIM card to work. I cut the SIM card down to fit into the tiny slot and now it says ERROR...NO SIM CARD FOUND. No I have not cut into the microchip. I was careful to just cut around it, so it would fit into the slot. Please help, before I have to send it back. I really love the phablet. The size is so nice and so is the camera. It is really vivid. Thanks!

Pls I need a help. I have develop some fault on my phone. If I put it on, it only show Blu product but never boot and never go off too. If someone have develop some on his or her pls kindly let me how u solve or repair it. I can't afford to loose this wonderful tablet, thank u all
