This is really the phone for the future. I say so because it is still getting there. Firstly, it has a lot of great features. It plays loud; great look and feel. However, it needs to get the phone-book in alphabetical order. It is really a pain to find contacts. It needs to enable the background play mode for the radio so you can choose whether or not to have it function. Most of all, it needs to have the caller ID active when using the Inbox and receiving call. Lastly, there is need to provide a site which you can download software to have these anomalies rectified. Other than that, a really great phone.

cute phone! the only thing i dont like about this phone is it doesnt display caller ID, phonebook is not in alphabetical order so u will have the hard time looking for the number of a person you want to call or send a text, and when writing a text you have to press the space bar and delete bar if you want to type a character that is in the same keypad.

Its a really grate phone. Good features design plays really loud. The only thing is its hard to find software for this phone!!!! Could someone give me a sight to get software for this phone??
