I have had this phone since Christmas of 2021; it is now June 26th, 2022. I have had only one negative experience with this phone. There was one time, via straight talk, I was unable to call people. Besides that, everything is fine; screen construction is very sturdy, battery life is well, storage is manageable, and most importantly it is up to date. I see no reason to view this phone abhorrently; however, if you have a defect in yours, it's feasible to see why.

I have used Blu phones for years and just purchased 2 new phones. Now I am told by TracFone there is an issue with the Blu phones it shuts off your service and they do not seem to be able to correct it. Now I have 2 useless paperweights that I wasted money to buy. I will never purchased another Blu product.

I bought a blu view 3 phone as well. Not worth the money. But a blu Blue 2 works well. Some companies don't know how to stick with manufacturing that works only try improving on it with things like 4G and then 5G.

Blue View 3 has a MASSIVE DESIGN FLAW, and Manufacturing specifications are phone REFUSES to connect Wi-Fi, will provide network connection inability and errors, will not send or receive texts, and when all of this occurs 911 calling will not happen. The manufacturing defects prevent the use of 911 system and will automatically shut your phone off.. do not purchase this phone straight talk has known for months that there were design flaws and that the manufacturing of this phone failed during testing.. when you try to get the phone fixed you will lose all of your data all of your passwords and have to do a hard factory reset of your phone.. my advice; DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE GO SPEND YOUR $60 BUYING A BETTER PHONE THROUGH A DIFFERENT CARRIER. SAMSUNG AND MOTOROLA MAKE BETTER PRODUCTS. Designing is done here in the US but manufacturing occurs in China and there was obviously a lack of communication between the designers and the manufacturers

I ordered this phone on the tracfone website. The price was listed at $49.99 but they only charged me $25. Now I know why. As most other reviews state, this is a terrible phone with many problems. I never heard of BLU before and I will never buy another of their phones.

I am on my second one. First one I had to factory reset daily because network unavailable, so I returned it to Walmart within 4 days. Now second one lasted 5 days and every 2 or 3 days , I need to factory reset it because no network even though I see signal some times. Network not available !!!! I called Straight Talk about 6 times and the last time the rep told me it was a problem device. I like the phone but I dont understand !!! Stay away from this Phone !!!

Got one of these free from TracFone and the same thing happened to me, no calls or texts, only data. Factory reset would fix it for a week, then recur. Gave up after two months and bought a new phone.

I got this free from Net10. I really like it, but there's something wrong that doesn't allow network connection. Twice the phone has been factory reset,, which has fixed the problem for a few days, but it's returned both times. The last rep. told me there was a problem created by the manufacturer, having to do with the SKU #? I don't require much from a phone, since I rarely use it. It initially worked for about a month. I've only had it 2.5 months.

This is phone is junk. I had it for 3 months and it locked up on me. I couldn't make calls or texts or receive them. All I could use was my data. Straight talk is a horrible carrier and wouldn't help me for 3 days. They finally factory reset and had to go through all the Hassel of retrieving info. I am currently looking for another carrier . Straight talk is trash

Maybe it has a malware/trojan? Some devices ship with the damn trojans on them due to lack of security at manufacturing.

The BLU view 3 is the absolute cheapest and worthless piece of tech I have ever paid for in my life.
                              1. Internal memory is already used up just with the operating system. (android 11)
                              2. Phone gets really hot to the touch when I use it. (cheap hardware)
                              3. The phone's schematics are too weak to support actual phone service. It boots me off of my wireless network on a daily basis.
I do not recommend buying this phone. I paid $60 plus sales tax, In my opinion, its not even worth $5. Heck, you couldn't pay me to force myself to use it on a regular basis!!!

I received this phone in the mail as a free government subsidized phone since I am now on Medicaid. Might as well take advantage right?
My previous Moto g play 2021 was a pretty awesome phone but the camera was terrible and the screen was cracked up pretty bad. I was sold on this phone, Model Blu View 3 immediately. Mainly because the phone case for my Moto g play is an exact fit for the Blu View 3. So that's a major plus because I'm very rough on phones. The brightness is much higher than what I'm used to with the Moto as well and the speakerphone and camera quality is much better. The haptic feedback is very responsive and the keyboard responds well. I wish that the battery was larger. I'm going to miss that 5,000 milliamp hour battery from the Moto g play but I think I can get used to it. Overall it's a nice phone and it has a removable back which is cool for an old school guy like me. The wait is enough to make it feel like it's not cheap but not quite as heavy as I would prefer it. Phones that feel lightweight in my hand have always had a cheap feel to me. The phone does not have NFC which is expected on a budget model phone that came free in the mail from the government. Also Motorola has the shake flashlight which I think is patented to Motorola only but that's a really cool function that I can't seem to stop doing. The phone was packaged well in bubble wrap with a protective film over the screen and the battery cover. The SIM card was pre-installed which was nice but not 100% necessary and the phone charging equipment seems to be up to par. It's definitely not a high-end phone as it's missing several luxury features but when you're as bad on phones as I am it's like driving a car if you can't drive just get a cheap one cuz you know you're going to crash it. I've had my fair share of cheap cheap phones and this one is definitely many many steps above the budget level phones that I'm used to.

My husband purchased a BLU phone less than a week ago. It locked on him and he was not able to receive calls. make calls. text... When he was speaking with the tech dept they told him that they will unlock his phone for $150.00. It is cheaper for him to go buy a different make of phone. I strongly suggest that you not buy this product.

Victor Masotti, 10 Dec 2021Yesyeah actually right now is around 69.99

Blu will probably be gone in 5 years. I started out with them in '15. The Studio line. Decent, except the connections would go bad. It's been all downhill from there.
