the specs shows 3g/2g bands, but mine does not support 3g network, what is the problem please. I am in Nigeria.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Here's what happened. I tried to update my phone from stock ics to jb 4.1. and downloaded the update file v7 should be v6. So i wiped out factory reset, cache as per instruction, then apply update file from sd card, while processing, error message appear. my fault i did not write down the 3 line error messages, i thinnk error 7, etc., then Installation Aborted. Now the only option i have is to re-boot and unfortunately, my phone now unusable coz stuck on blu logo everytime i turn it on. Again, any help to put my phone back to normal again, would be appreciated.
