i have a blu vivo 4.8 hd its started freezing and seized working. i have have tried it to get it repaired and failed. it is a good phone but to buy spares it very expensive' these phone now its a toy for my son.

I bout a vivo air phone 3 months ago but it's given a lot of head ache. Now can't have access on any of the programmes in the phone let alone to make calls or receive them. Any icon I clicked a square box will show on that icon and it will not open.

This phone functions well, it is fast, has a great camera etc. BUT !!! the screen is horrible. in 1 week the first one broke in my pocket, and the second fell to the floor-face down and shattered like a windscreen! i've had many other, CHEAPER phones which fell from greater heights, were kicked, inadvertently thrown and scattered into pieces BUT NEVER BROKE! PUT PIECES BACK TOGETHER AND WORK LIKE NORMAL. This was the only disappointment with this lovely, sleek phone.

I have had this phone for 4 months now when it rings I am not hearing anything unless its on speaker. Could you assist me please.

I love my phone except I cannot play videos on Facebook or look at pictures half the time. Other than that I have no real complaints. Do you know how to remedy this? I have already uninstalled the app twice. Cannot do a hard reset it wipes out the carrier settings. I've switched carriers twice.

@Penny : Just perform a hard reset on the phone that might solve the issue.

I've had my Blu Vivo 4.8 HD for 3 months. Recently it went into safe mode, now I cant access anything on my phone not even a call. I can see when my phone is ringing, but I cannot accept the call even if i touch the screen to accept it. i love my phone very much can anyone tell me how to get this problem resolved?

I've had my Vivo 4.8 for about 4 months if so much but i ran into a major problem only yesterday where my phone just cut off and refused to come back on, I later tried taking out the sim card and putting it back in but still nothing. When i tried charging it, it showed that it's being charged but i still can't power it on, now sure if it's the power button or what but i really like this phone and refuse to get rid of it, can anyone help me plzzzzzz:( ???????

I like my phone alot yes i do , but unfortunetly im having a problem with sound. Only way i can hear my ohone ring is through my headset , if i unplug the headset i cannot hear. I cant talk on speaker phone , listen to music , or play videos what is going on? I need to know because i will rerurn this device if i do not find out !

tuahwa, 06 May 2014how about battery n network speed? I watch a movie a day and use it the rest of the day have to charge it once after 7-8 hours for an hour. The network speed depends on the carieer you go with.

crystal, 14 Jul 2014can I use my family mobile plan by walmart with this phone ????This phone is unlocked. As long as walmarts plan has a Simcard that is ccompatabile yes you can.

Bought this phone 3 weeks ago.
I couldn't be more happy with my purchase ^^
All my apps run perfectly snapchat,fb,kik,crunchyroll.
The video quiality is nice.
I had the s4 before this and I can honestly say this was a better purchase. 5/5 stars from me.
Only issue I have encountered is there is to much you can do!
