My friends told me that it sounded like I was somewhere underground with loud noises surrounding me, and they couldn't make out what I was saying, yet I could hear them fine.

Wireless Update Jun 2017:
It has been a little over 3 months that I purchased this phone and I have started facing issues with the call quality. I have installed latest wireless update: BLU_V0090UU_V24_GENERIC_6.0_07-06-2017. The people on the other end of the line complain that my voice goes extremely low and becomes impossible to make out what I am speaking. I went for factory data reset. But the problem is not solved yet.
