Please my first problem is i cant take a picture with my back camera only front. When i try turning my camera, they say my phone doesnt have a front camera while the front camera is working.
Secondly, When i insert a sim, its says "NO SIM CARD DETECTED". Please help me out kay

Sherri, 26 Nov 2015My SIM locked on me. Only had the phone 3 weeks, never had... moreyou may need to enter PUK code for the SIM card, which "blocked the phone." SIM you always have attached to the plastic card codes to unlock the phone and SIM card, the so-called: + PUK PUK2. Besides, try to enter the PUK as your phone number. If this does not help, then please call Customer Service or go to the Microsoft service telecommunications provider whose services you use, or go to the dealer and ask them to remove the lock, if you will attentive perhaps you will free the lock for free. have you tried to hard reset (press the power button and volume up button and hold it until you go to the restart setting and wipe your phone completely)

Just purchased this phone a few weeks ago. Seems like I am constantly having to charge it and I put a security code on thr screen at set up and cannot figure out how to remove it now.

AnonD-420096, 22 Jul 2015does it have LED notification light?no led notification light,just download a repeat notification app that rings every so often when you miss calss,or get an app that uses your camera flash to do the same.yeah,i missed the led on the front too.this phone is such an amazing device.
