nice phone,had a lgg4 beat(h735) but i prefer this windows phone,everything works well and the app store has all i need,very good battery life,good camera,bright camera flash,by downloading one shot app from store,shutter speed and other features can be adjusted.very good viewing angles too.no problem with calls and internet,only thing i miss is a call recorder,but no problem,good for my budget .

Messaging "get media content now (1KB)"
when ever receiving group and picture texting, message appear.
Call T-Mobile tech support they said Blu phone cause problem.
Then call Blu tech support they said T-Mobile APN setting issue.
IS no one can help me?.
Is anyone have answer that?
T-mobile is telling me that this phone won't work group texting and send or receiving picture texting.
My experience with this windows phone is nightmare.
Don't buy this phone.

I bought the phone a while back, I updated the phone to Windows 10 mobile and it has improved in many ways, however, it doesn't want to connect to my Carrier Mobile network(Cellular data) only works with WiFi. I dont know how to fix this and I already restarted the phone twice and took out the SIM card once.. still no fix..Please help. Thanks!

I wonder if the battery for the newer Win HD LTE model would work, ya dig? They're $5.96 or so each on Amazon . I figured just get the LTE and 4 extra batteries and just shipped to a friend in Texas and they are going to bring it to T dot in a couple weeks. Btw, for some reason they're sellig LTE model for $89.99 at the moment.

Try to hard reset by holding power and volume down buttons at same time for 10 - 15 seconds. Phone will power down and then restart and ya should be all good. The issue, however, may be lack of memory.. I bought the Win jr for a friend and at one point she said she couldn't take pictures or video... I took a look and she was quite right.. I bought a little 32 gb micro sd card for her and it solved her problem.

i brought my blu winhd 510u from USA.. i am not getting 3g service in india.. anyone please help me.. i am tired of using 2g service...when i searched manually its only showing 2g service where all my other friends get 3g service in there phones at same area..

I am having an extremely hard time finding a replacement battery for my Blu WIN HD W510L. Does anyone know if any other blu phone model battery would be compatible with this phone (i.e DASH, Studio, etc.....)

im using blu phone and im having a problem with it,on enternet explore is not workin the settings option dont have other option for datas to use ,it only works where there is wifi and i dont have wifi around my location ,anyone who can help on how to reset enternet explore and get data option not wan option,blu its a verr god and fast mobile phone you can have it love it

I Got a Blue Win as a compliment. I used it very carefully' After 6 months it showed poor performance and in 7th month it became non fuctional. So I wont recommend some body to buy it.

PLEASE DONT BUY! WORST SERVICE EVER!
PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PHONE. I bought this from Amazon in October, stopped working in November. Still waiting (after a month) for the phone to get serviced. WORST SERVICE. You will need to throw this out, if something happens. This is my experience, and I don't want others to have my experience. The phone looks awesome, but will never get serviced. I am planning to move to consumer court. PLEASE DONT BUY!
