Please keep informed before giving wrong information to the rest of the users, I have two BQ phones, and I can tell you both of them arrived with charger. So I do not understand who may have told you that wrong information you have.

Just bought it 1 month ago an i confirm it is excellent, BQ support is amazing, they give you access to the tools to allow you to root and unlock your equipment. My advice: buy the 32Gb and 3 GB or ram version, install TWRP, root the device, unlock bootloader and install Cyanogen mod 13, for Aquaris M5 is piccollo version. Higly recomended phone.

I bought this phone without knowing it does not come with a charger and earphone. Thankfully I read some comments here and canceled order in time. If BQ believes chargers are hurting environment, they should stop manufacturing mobile phones as well as they constitute more of the hi-tech waste then chargers and earphone. Also missing fast charging which has otherwise become a very common feature.

When in doubt, check the reviews on Amazon or have a look at public forums.

Marchel, 24 Apr 2016I have this phone now 1 month and i am positive surprised. ... moreJust returned this phone due to having a really unresponsive screen and being laggy compared to my current S3 Neo Duos.
Sometimes had to tap an icon 3 times precisely in the middle for the phone to responded. Really annoying.
Perhaps this is cause by the shitty update to Android 6.0 which i did not feel like going through all that trouble to make it undone. But i'm not sure and won't find out since it is going back.
P.s.
Having stock android is not always a benefit since everything looks like shirt with childish big sized icons AND Googly adds A LOT of bloatware themselves to the phone to so again you need to install a EMUI and root acces to make it look nicer.

If you buy this phone do NOT upgrade to shitty Android 6.0

For me personally, I prefer bluetooth headsets over wired plugs. My current one is a Sony SBH-70 and it works absolutely great!

Just bought 2 days ago M5 (32GB 3GB ram). This phone battery comes 2.5 days for normal use (by switching of various notification and vibrations). Good specs. But only problem is No earphones and charger comes with this phone.
Can anyone recommend me to buy which earphones will suit for it....?

I have this phone now 1 month and i am positive surprised. Camera is good. Sound is very good. Dual SIM with android 5.1 support works fine. Almost no bloat ware. Most apps can be placed on the SD card (the most important reason why i did not buy a Samsung again). I charge the battery every 2 days and use the phone the whole day with 2 sims active and network bad coverage. I am very hapy with this phone.
