If issue not resolved in mentioned timeframe, reach their head office in writing and give some lead time to resolve issue. If still not then reach consumer court. I faced the same problem but only once. I just switched it OFF cleaned the contacts and inserted SD card and it worked. No idea if it repeats. Did you found any solution for this? Please share.

guys be careful the screen of my turns coudy white every few minutes from the first day onwards. the complaint to the service support doesnot reply back. the dealer snapdeal has just washed off their hands

Hi guys I'm using this phone for the last 2months no issue quiet happy with it. Just a query if I set live wallpaper on this phone after switching off the phone it resets the phone to its default wallpaper any suggestion to resolve it.
Guys plz comment to resolve this issue

In video recording mode it continously keeps on autofocusing and hence its difficult to capture video. Pl.can anybody give the solution to stop autofocus.

Hello guys,
This phablet is really good, all its features are really nice.
However, I am facing one trouble with this mobile...it's camera stops responding frequently and I am not able to figure out what is the problem. Also I am not able to access gallery from whatsapp application in safe mode.
After camera hang, if I try to access camera from other applications like wechat, or whatsapp...they hangup.
Also its USB connection with the laptop gets lost frequently, laptop displays message usb device not recognised suddenly while working and the USB connection lost occurs.

Hi guys im using this h/s for the past 2 months no issues yet its one of the best at the price its available.One thing would like to know whenever i set live wallpaper on my phone ie third party wallpaper once phone is switched off or restarted the default wallpaper comes again any suggestion for this plz reply.

Good phone. Camera good. Battery one day working with all function. GPS working but wait for first time. Click all slots inside the settings. 1080p video recording possible. Check the detail after video recording. EIS keep on . Price worthy
