ROOTED but took lot of time due to unable to figure out proper installation of device drivers firt.
ROOTING PROCESS -

It took me a lot of time figure out device drivers are working or not. For that please check ur laptop's device mgr and try to find under other devices.

This works on laptop where you donot have admin account as well as running windows XP (my pc, tested hence)

m using this device nd every day 5 rs keep getting deducted from my balance.. i called tata docomo nd they are saying that u r sending international sms.. m not sending any sms.. pls help guys.. is there any app by which sms is autometically sent daily or any other problem.. how can i disable sms sending??

First install the drivers for ur phone on pc using the file which u have downloaded. Install the mtk6589 auto rooter that u have downloaded. Then connect ur phone in usb debugging mode( settings-developers-tick usb debugging) . the next step is juz click on the run icon in auto root folder in ur pc . click on it. The rooting process will start. U ll b asked to press any key to continue. Ur phone will get rooted and rebooted automatically. Check for supersu apk..

However just make the docomo sim default for video calls and data; as well as under mobile networks click 3g against it. It will work better you try these options under SIM mgmt. Must make it default for video call as well as Data and under mobile network click 3g

Dude... I too tried in a similar way... Infact i downloaded the files from the same site which u send. First i installed driver... But even then when i connect the phone in usb debbugging mode its saying driver software not successfully installed
