its a worst phone. the customer support is very poor at all. don't buy anyone. it's too waste celkon phones.

Very poor Celkon Mobile A97.I gave to ServiceCenter,they refuse to repair saying the mother board proble therefore it cannot be repaired.Juse 11 months, my smartphone had dead.How can army person, with his hard earned money lost my mobile have no use.Daily I kept in cup board.
These indian company sell with 40% less from braded mobiles.But their mobile is below 10% worth of our money.Beware all Indian companies particularly CELKON company.

worst....don't buy any celkon products..,it hang in with in weeks..for this i went celkon service center, they damaged camera, then they sent it company...received after 2 months...it damaged..heat..problem..now 3rd month running..still i waiting....for..stupid cell phone...
conclude- they create a problem.they never return the mobile .we facing ..problem...they...enjoyed ...lot of days...

don't buy celkon products. I have celkon A97i. Now battery is gone. Not able to get the battery. If I approach the service centre, they say they dont have stock and it will take a months time. All these phones are use and thow. very bad. Sorry I made a wrong decision to buy this. I don't know how player like Virat Kohli is popularising this product. From now on, I will not buy anything other than samsung or sony. enough is enough

guys if you want to root your celkon a97i there no single app for that so i will post a link below use that to root the file is for celkon a9+ but it works for celko0n a97i too....i'm not responsible if your phones gets bricked i9n middle but it wont happen...http://andro-build.org/2013/08/how-to-root-celkon-a9-tested/

Celkon service centers very bad. Camera is very poor suddenly switch offed touch not working accesaries not available battery very poor totally very bad company I never purchase next time this company cell phone
