Yes, it's true the MIC output is really bad. Each and every time I have to shout .....

Donot buy this phone. it has very weak mic output. in conversation, your voice will not reach the other speaker. you must shout like a mad if you want to talk in a public place.

it is a good basic phone. value for our money. it offers all needy features with good battery lasting time. design and style is compact and attractive. the in-call volume quality is good enough that we can talk to anyone though we are caught in traffic.
but, the voice call mic seems to be weak and so the other side speaker is unable to hear our voice. we have to speak loudly and it can be heard to all our neighbours.

It's a very good handset with long battery back up. And in it the app WHATSAPP is also included. That's amazing. Budget but very much useful, Value for money.
