celkon q42 mobile performance very super chance less. i us 8months. but regular problam power on button problem. and battery bulged. celkon service very worst. i give serives power button problem i waiting 1month but my phone is not ready.

Worst phone do not buy this phone and even any brand of Celkon, pathetic phones and worst service centers, You will regret of buying phone after about 4-6 months later, problems are power button not working, battery gets bulged, charging port faulty, phone's load speaker becomes faulty, etc etc
Service centers are not by company, these are tied up with local freelancer mobile repair shop , which they keep mobile for one to two months and return with some excuses

This is the worst phone I have purchased in my life. I request all not to buy this phone. I had purchased 6 months back and in this period the power button failed or 4 times. Everytime the phone is in the service centre for almost a months time. SO effectively I have used this phone for less than a month in 6 months time. BEWARE don't buy celkon products.

They take very long time to repair and even after they return it to u there is no garantee that it will be fully repaired. It sells china rebranded phones company is also careless they dont have their own service center like nokia or samsung.

worst mobile form celkon .its reputes the brand name of celkon for such design model. And i don't want to buy any products from celkon and suggest to my frends also why because of irresponsible of the celkon service centers

I purchased this phone online snap deal; exactly after 10 days the phone started hanging and touch screen stopped working. The service center associate kept the phone for 20 days repaired and gave it back. later after 14 days the same problem occurred due to which i threw the phone in dust bin. Don.t buy this phone being entry level smart phone and is sold for 3 to 4 thousand online. They also provide 2 flip covers to make it attractive. I had a bad experience with Celkon customer care and support. Please don,t waste you money and time on this company. buy Samsung,Micro max or any other recognized brand by paying some extra than Celkon devices.

But they r also sayng that they capt the order of power buttons but the cmpy is not sendng the button. From past 15 days they r sayng the same thing wt was the prblm from the company.

problem with power button This phone is very good in this range of
price. Everything is available in this which
should be consisted in an android mobile

i submitted my phone in
celkon service center on
friday there was only

me to come on next
day but when i went
there next day they
told me come on
monday or tuesday i
went there at monday
they said your phone is
still not repaired call us
a day after tommorow
but when i called them
they told me your phon
is still not repaired call
us a day after

them again they told
me call us on monday
they didnt repaired my
phone yet.
for only a minor problem
they are taking more
than a week. if they
cant repaire they should
return my phone i will
get it repaired
elsewhere .

Everything is available in this which should be consisted in an android mobile phone. Rear camera of 5Mp is very good and all types of sites are opened very easily. All types of game can be played in this. Battery backup is as usual as android phones bcoz it's just 1400mah.never the less it is a better phone.
