Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 camera samples: A walk around Seoul
The new Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 is out the doors, and it's almost time to assess the phone's capabilities. But until a review unit gets to our office, we decided to share some camera samples we captured around Seoul, including 2160p@30fps footage.
The handset captures great shots in relatively good lighting, to no one's surprise. All three cameras seem very competent in this regard.
After dusk, performance seems rather impressive. In fact, a preliminary comparison between the Z Fold5 and the vanilla Galaxy S23 shows the foldable's clear superiority. The 3x telephoto does greatly in low light, undoubtedly helped by the processing of the Snapdragon 8 Gen chipset.

Even though the Galaxy Z Fold5 has the same camera setup as last year's Z Fold4 and it's no different from the current Galaxy S23 and S23+, it seems like the better shooter. Of course, further assessment of the camera system is required to draw any conclusion, so stick around to find out in our full review. In the meantime, you can always check out our hands-on.
