Crashing FB and still gets hot easily. Glad it's just my back up phone for messenger. Using it for 2 weeks

Facebook keeps crashing. Heats up fast. I just got this phone. I think there's no more updates for this to get fixed 😕

is there a fix available for App Crash? That is irritating. specially Facebook since it is part of the phone inbuilt apps we cannot do much. otherwise it is a good phone.

worst phone used in my entire life. call can not be performed(both incoming and outgoing).incoming call can not be received. apps like facebook,messenger, viber,etc. doesnt operate.

Never go for its 6 GB RAM as... moreUr fone is bad,more like a factory problem,av had coolplay 6 for a year now, yh it heats up some times wen u much apps or play games and sometimes if ur data network is bad but generally it's as cool as d name sounds,mine doesn't heat up no matter how long I call, and has a great battery life compared to Samsung, it's a strong fone,it hadly laggs,I wish it was water proof.

Worst Mobile I have ever used. Never go for its 6 GB RAM as it fails to run many apps. Also hangs, Over Heating is normal issue, Always heating up even phone is not in use. Sometimes I couldnt take it to my ears to make a call due to overheat. Also Many apps crashes almost every 10 to 15 minutes. So many mails and calls have been made to customer care but they do not take interest. Even contact numbers of regional service centres are also fake. Just a garbage...
When I try to forward any post in Whatsapp, it takes 20 to 30 seconds to open my Contacts !!!!
How long time it takes even having 6GB of RAM
Dont go through that.
Only Camera is better.

Worst Battery Life
Over Heating
Processing Slow
Laggs Always
App Crashes
Dialer Stops every time
All apps need to be send bug report
Fed up with this phone

Jeevan, 09 Nov 2017how to start premium sms settings.I am still trying to figure this out. If you have any solution then please share. Coolpad Customer service is saying it's operator issue. I know for a fact that it's not.
I had to activate my 4G service by inserting SIM into another phone.
