Coolpad ivvi i Plus has an all-metal, 5.5mm body

A year ago the Coolpad ivvi K1 Mini was the "world's thinnest smartphone" at 4.7mm, now the company has another slender model – the Coolpad ivvi i Plus. At 5.5mm it's not as thin, but it upgrades several of the key specs.

The phone has an all-metal body that comes in Silver, Gold and Pink. It has a 5" 720p screen, Snapdragon 410 chipset, a big upgrade in memory compared to the K1 Mini (3GB of RAM and 32GB storage).

It's compatible with 3G and LTE networks in China, but there's no word on whether it will branch out abroad. In China it will cost CNY 2,000 ($300/€280), so it's not exactly cheap. The battery capacity is unknown at the moment.

Can't imagine a Dual core Snapdragon 400 with 3GB of RAM. Its like stuffing it with extras.
