plse do not buy dis phone. I had bought coolpad note 3 lite few months ago becoz i was impressed wid itz greater features especially itz 13 mp rear camera. But aftr 3 mnths of usage , stopped working nd there is no service centers in my location nd i had no othr choices so gave it to a mobile shop near by nd they said that itz board became dead.i could nly use dis phone few days, itz one of th most important features is itz 13 mp camera but i thnk its biggest disadvantage is itz camera,13 mp camera looks like 5 mp camera, phone is ovr heating vry much. Nd dont get gud responds frm th service centers especialy in kerala , taking more times becoz they dont get spares in time, ovrl that was a worst experience wid dis phone, i wasted my money by buying dis phone now i feel vry sad abt dis..

Hi,
i tried a lot time it will not support jio 4 g sim,and then call to cool pad customer services they told me ,they will upgrade Marsmall in decamber month but still now it is happened.Totally it will not support to Reilance Jio sim.

i am using coolpad 8676-i02 mobile since last six months & facing frequent problem that my mobile is getting hang & could not restart immediately due to non removable battery. further please confirm if i can use jio sim in my mobile as i got the message from airtel that this is not 4G phone.

1.open dail button
2. Type #*#*4636#*#* in it.
3.you'll be directed to a page.
4.now type phone information
5.type voltee provisioned flag
6.type turn on LTE ramp dump
7.restart your phone
8.download jio 4g app from play store
9.register in it
That's all. Enjoy unlimited internet and voice calling even in 4g lte
