Why is that the users of note 3 have negative comments for camera quality(VGA like), while any of the gadget tech on youtube didn't found any problem(they said average at times). These people can find any problem more accurately...

Okay.. Got the phone 3 days back and i feel good for buying this except some issues.. anyone planning to buy this phone read the below comments and then make ur decision.
-First of all the screen is big so bigger hands find easier to use.
-touch response is great
-camera is good but dont ever think of zooming ur images.. U ll b disappointed.. Image clarity breaks into pieces even after a little zooming.. so cam is below average
-fingerprint sensor.. it wasnt working in my device.. i was worried that i was cheated but seems like a problem with my finger bcoz i tried it with my frnds hand and it worked flawlessly.. my fingers are long but thin.. May b because of that..
-battery... it was at 66 wen i got the phone so for a healthy charge i preferred to drain it below ten and then make the first charge so i used the phone and charged it. But within two hours battery was full.. i didn't kno wat to do so i unplugged and used till night and then switched off and charged it for 6 hrs while i ws sleeping.. but the battery drains very fast.. its draining like 20 percent in 1.30 hrs if full use including gaming 4g internet.. I dont know whether this is common or any issue with my device
-software.. Cool ui 6.0. Some may like it and sone may dont.. I didn't so i changed to traditional style by long pressing in empty space in home and selecting the preferences option.. in some review i saw someone saying u cant switch it back to cool ui after switchin to traditional.. but it can b changed.. enable c key go to menu u ll get the preference option and then find minimal mode ir some name like that to change to cool ui..
-sound is good but disadvantage is speaker is at tge back so u place the phone down the sound becomes awkward.. music with earphones is good
-heating is the major disadvantage of this phone..cont use of internet or gaming will heat up the device near the camera and fingerprint scanner..
-performance wise no issues.. Awesome
P.S- The above comments are only based on the issues i faced with my device. Anyone has any solution or any idea to help me with the fingerprint and battery problem which im concerned and confused.. Pls comment.. Thank yu. Go for the device. Its great with this price range

@1?the redmi prime 2 is better then the coolpad note 3 . @2? what about the cool pad note3 camera quality or the resolution .@3?where is the service center's for both in south delhi .@4 i am planing to buy a mob below then 10,000 any 1 can suggest me.@5 I Need excellent camara quality and ram sholud be minmum 2gb & the internal storage minimum 16gb.
