COOLPAD NOTE 3 IS VERY GUD PHONE BUT
the customer care department is very pathetic if u want any after sale support forget about it .
they are even not talking to you after few second and hold your phone ..
such a worst experience today it self 15 min back
no one is going answer for that

AnonD-572374, 06 Sep 2016i downloaded my jio app and jio join app but I'm not gettin... more~First of all uninstall all the Jio Apps
~Restart Coolpad Note 3
~install an older version of MyJio App (3.2.5 recommended) from any website (not from Play Store)
~install MyJio (3.2.5 Version) and open from the list of apps.
~u will get a list of Jio open( Plz dont open any of them)
~Install all the apps like Jio Net, Jio Cinema, JIo TV etc. one by one
~disconnect Mobile Data and Restart ur phone
~than open MyJio App (without internet) form ur phone and open it from the list where all the JioApps are situated.
~U will see the msg "Get the Jio SIM" thn click on it and connect to internet.
---------thats it....
100% Working
even I have also Coolpad Note3

i downloaded my jio app and jio join app but I'm not getting the bar code. please tell how can I get the jio sim and how you people got the sim?

I've been using coolpad note3 lite since from 8 month... everything is fine. One thing is tat it get heat soon but acceptation. Camera 100% ok both.. processing is good... battery is average.. it looks expensive...

Coolpad note 3 plus supports bio sim but only internet , no calls and SMS bcoz it does not have volte option

priority option of android lollypop stops many of the times and then after few days it start working.
I am using this set from 6 Months but problem start coming form last 2 months .
in between it start working ok . but any body have solution plz let me know

iban facing the same problem my jio sim is activated but mu phone is not getting the networks properly... while other phones are excelently catching 4 g networks
