This phone is awesome but the battery drains too fast when you use Internet and overheats sometimes.I've been using it for a month and I have no problem esp the fingerprint sensor works good and unloks within a blink of an eye.If you r looking for a budget phone this is the best under 7k.

Finger print touch not workout for 7000 rs device. So we need to go to durability. I am choosing Lenovo K5 Lite.

worst customer service ever experienced...brought this mobile on 27 may....finger print stopped working by 30 May...i gave in service centre on 7 June....and they said they will return with in 2 weeks and i called them after second week they said i got to wait for 7 more days ..after 5 days i again called them...they said that my mobile was damaged in transportation and they still need 15 more days ...this has been the worst experience i ever had not with the mobile but by the customer service...

Sometimes it hangs while watching video it use to dec. The voulme by itself and sometimes power button doesn't work
