Very good ph in this budget but one problem faced after jio sim use. There is no VOLTE option. This is very usefull option for jio sim user..

This phone is worst....finger print sensor stoped working after 4 months....and coolpad service center people did not responding in Andhra Pradesh.They dont even answering the phone

Do not buy this phone, trust me.
The software for this phone is filled with bugs and lots of them. Coolpad has not given even a stable Marshmallow till date for this phone and have abandoned their old customers even after thousands of requests.
Please check the official forum to see the anger and spiteful comments of all the users, and go through multiple previous pages of comments to get real idea.

Do not buy coolpad note 3 lite because it has some serious charging issues. It is also heavy compared to other phones with similar specification. JIO sim does not detect if you have not upgrade to marshmallow. Use Nova launcher instead of the default launcher in coolpad. You can go for better mobiles such as Xiaomi redmi 3s prime.

very bad experince, till three month I it was best phone in best price , but one day suddenly it stopped working , n there is no authorized service center for this mobile in my city surat , service center provided by coolpad people donot respond very well , they say it will take 2 month for repairing n no guarantee that it will be made . It has the tag MADE IN INDIA but feels like cheap chinese mobile I have bought which comes with sologn chalay toh chand tak warna sham tak ......Very upset but have no option to throw it buy another mobile of reputed brand. please buy mobile whose service center is at least exsist.
