Hi, After updating Whatsapp i am not able to use it.
I have reinstalled the Whatspp but the problem is still there.
I reset factory setting but still the same problem is there. Now i am helpless.
Please help

i cant receive incoming call when connects with 4g network. but in 3g network it will work. please anyone tell me the solution

To talk about the facts this smartphone of Made in India is good but it could have been been better as midrange with up to data specifications increasing with respect to gsmArena disclaimer ! Why not in competition of qualities , it should not be better and then maybe motivations to make the best...$ 200 is a lot of money for absolute majority of lowest income people...Discounting the price to at least $ 150 will increase much more costumers in markets that offer superior smartphones with the lesser prices , though I don't know its exports abroad !Dearest Coolpad my recommendations are just advice for you and lower income public interests based on my moral guidelines Justice Rights plus fact following gsmArena.Thanks all brands of better and the best makers....

it worth buying I have been using this phone for some time now, if I must say it quiet a device. it suit daily use and for other purpose, what I like most is the build design and the finger scanner. I advice any one to buy the device it worth it...
