good build quality for the price range, i used one for almost two years. awful software with no suport, after reinstaling the software with something that it was told like "facoty build software", sreen got black, so i throw the phone.
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS BRAND, STAY AWAY FROM IT

CoolReaper can be safely removed following instructions on this video: "How To Uninstall Carrier/ OEM Bloatware Without Root Access Video Tutorial" from YouTube (I am not allowed to post outside links, so you will havet to locate video by yourself).
Coolreaper is integrated in WifUpdate system app, which can be uninstalled alltogether with CoolReaper.

If you're considering this phone remember this: After two months, no matter what you do, it starts to lag and installs Chinese apps by itself. Before that time it's snappy and responsive. No sv updates at all. You need to root it and install custom ROM to avoid all of this. Cheers!

It has a built in malware. It charges my sim randomly with small amounts. It fills my phone with chinese ads and for some reason lowers the media sound all the time. Im pretty sure it steals a bunch of my data including photos. (the malware "wifi update" has permissions for all kinds of things). Other than the virus, i love it!

I have a several problems with coolpad torino, i am always receiving instead of one two same messages and the same problem is when I am sending one message the other side is receiving two messages. Also why my back key, home key are not glowing in the dark and i can not see where to press the same. also when i rotate my phone to write the message it is not rotating, but only for messages for all other application it is turning around. Can someone assist me , i would appreciate if you can send me the solution on mular1987@gmail.com Thanks
