Cal, 12 Dec 2023Had the KingKong 9 4 mnths...We all know it weighs just und... moreHi...I also experienced bad service from them. Sent Cubot KK Power for repairs to repair the compass. They didn't repair nothing all I got was lost time, erased 200$ worth survey app which I cant use anymore, problems with USB-C connections still there, poor wifi reception still there. Was sent to repair because compass wasn't working, after service compass still doesn't work. BTW can you check your compass how it works. Here is my video how it should work but it doesn't...

Had the KingKong 9 4 mnths...We all know it weighs just under a ton...not great but doable...It's very tough..takes a drop without problems...Bluetooth is terrible...sometimes it works correctly most times It just won't pair let alone tell you what it's paired to when it does...sound is awafull...it has only one speaker although it appears to have two...pointed out to me by Cubat after it was purchased...that's what they told me...it's true on my unit??...The screen is just a pain...it doesn't recognize your first second third etc. touch when chosing a app or anything else for that matter...passwords settings etc...Does run for a good long time...very nice charge...I will use this phone till it dies...I will never buy another product from this company....Just sayin'

Essentially when you are buying those phones, you're taking the risk for lack of warranty in exchange of a lower price (or a higher price-performance ratio).

My brand new Cubot King Kong 9
The NFC for google wallet does not work at all impossible to pay with this phone
the microphone sound is very bad
the video quality is very bad
warranty suck because I am in Canada they are in China
I bought it on Aliexpress and they have the world worst warranty and service they simply dont respect what they say on there web site
next time i will buy a phone localy or Amazon they have a super service

I seen a reel that it doesn't break and fully waterproof.
He throws many times and hitted with bricks but no damage.

IPS LCDs are more durable & have longer lifespans than AMOLED screens but take more power. They also offer clearer images especially when viewed from an angle, something important to the Rigged Consumer

"Design Capacity: 10,600mAh | Estimated Capacity: 10,263mAh"
So it's definitely NOT 9,600mAh since the estimated capacity is never GREATER than the real capacity from my experience
