Sony and its mobile phones division is nowhere near what it used to be back in the day, but the company still launches a device or two per year that manage to impress us.

One of them is the two-year-old flagship Sony Xperia 1 that can be found for $549 in the United States. However, Woot!, the online retailer has a massive deal today - get the phone for its regular price and get Sony WH1000XM3 ANC wireless headphones for free.

If purchased separately from another retailer, this bundle will cost nearly $900, but Woot!, which is a retailer specializing only in deals, can sell the unlocked phone and ship it right away for free to all Prime members.

Deal: Sony Xperia 1 + WH1000XM3 headphones is just $550

The Xperia 1 might be a bit dated, but it still is an amazing smartphone - it has a Snapdragon 855 chipset, a tall 4K HDR OLED panel on the front, and no ugly notches or punch holes. There’s a triple cam on the back (12 MP main + 12 MP ultra-wide-angle + 12 MP 2x telephoto), a durable 3,330 mAh battery on the inside, and plenty of camera-enhancing software.

The headphones are also a bit old, but they were hands-down the best noise-canceling earphones at the time, and currently, only a handful of audio wearables can challenge that title. They come with built-in Alexa and a lot of customizations through the dedicated Sony app.

It's a joke, not a deal. I tried purchasing it and after one week they wrote an email they were out of stock and refunded money.

It's a good deal. I've had Xperia 1 for 1½ year now. Overall it's a great phone. The 21:9 4 OLED screen is amazing and no scratches even without a screen protector. Main camera is fast and takes great photos using Sony color science (i...
