Deal: switch to Verizon and get a free iPhone XR plus a $200 prepaid card

Vlad, 20 December 2019

Earlier today we told you about a crazy deal that saw Best Buy giving you a Pixel 4 for free if you upgrade an existing line on AT&T. It seems like Verizon was paying attention, because Big Red is now counter-attacking with an incredible deal of its own.

If you switch to Verizon from a different carrier, and choose one of the carrier's Unlimited plans, you will receive the iPhone XR for free. That's right, the handset that usually retails for $599.99 is yours for zero dollars.

You can buy it either outright, or by choosing the carrier's installment plan. In the latter case, you will literally pay nothing, because the deal works through having bill credits applied to those installments every month. If you spend the $599.99 outright, you'll get the full sum back over two years.

But wait, there's more. The carrier is even throwing in a free prepaid Mastercard with a cool $200 on it, yours to spend on whatever you want. To get this, here's what you need to do. Once you've added the iPhone XR to your cart and completed checkout (with a new line activation on Unlimited), visit this website and enter the promo code HOLIDAYSWITCH and the other necessary information when prompted. Then sit back and relax, and your prepaid Mastercard with $200 on it will arrive within eight weeks.

This outstanding offer is only valid until Christmas, so don't waste any time if you want to take advantage of it. Note that it's only available online, at the Source linked below.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro is not the same league as the iPhone. The chipset is less powerful and has cheaper build quality. Are you serious?

No thanks. Redmi note 8 pro cost much less and does a lot more. Same for many other phones
