i have solve the problem of balence deduction in dell aero.some default numbers like at&t*Now,at@t helps are saved on phone memory these are the mobile company numbrs now we can go to delete this numbers.there r the follows to delete this numbers GO TO
contact>Show categories>click phone categories nd choose unfill>then delete tik marks the all numbers nd delete it HERE WE GO !!! for any other information contact at sandeep.ramgariah@yahoo.com

i has solved the problem of balance deduction
first go to settings then master clear
&reset and press first tab then enter the password 1234 and click ok
after restart goto settings again then master reset&clear and press the second tab, enter password 1234 and click ok
after restart there will be a message-[][][][][][]
[][][][][][]
[][][][][][]
[][][][][][]
after this switch off the directly...you are done

Settings -> My location - > Disable Mobile networks & Disable GPS satellites.
Let me know if problem is resolved after doing above steps.
