its a full waste of money...i jst get frustrated whnevr i see it in my bedroom,coz it is not working frm 7 mnths,and dell service center's response is very poor,they took time more than 6 mnths bt still i dnt get any call frm them and nw they are telling to refund my money..thats really horrible ....nd one thing it happened 2nd time it alrdy replaced once earlier..so pls dnt buy it,fr god sake

update on dell aero after 2 mths,phone still working good on android 2.1,used z4root and rooted it and installed some apps for rooted phones from google play,also installed font changer and used a bold text font in some applications,angry birds was played on phone and runs good,motor racing 3d also runs good(for the gamers),using antivirus free and tiny flashlight and about10 more apps from play store and all work well,multitasking works well,i am sending this over wifi now and i have another browser open in background,i downloaded tube player from play store and you tube videos play well.the phone with 2.1 i got in trinidad works well and i also make calls.i

Please! Do not buy this phone for anything in the world
It is merely a prototype Chinese disgusting that Dell simply put your name.
Mine did not last 20 days! I thought Dell would be by buying something of quality, but I was wrong deeply.

re update to 2.1,you will probably have to check with the seller or someone who does phone upgrades to get 2.1,i bought the phone in trinidad with 2.1 installed already,--on my aero there is automatic screen brightness adjustment and manual screen brightness adjustment also,when apps are doenloaded from internet(not play store)i see they are placed on the sd card(opera mini)and when installed placed in phone memory.the aero i have has 197 mb internal memory and 490 mb or ram.it also has a built in phone call recorder(press options button on right during call and recording option is available),and recorded calls are stored on sd card.i found it works better with built in launcher,wifi connects quickly it came with swipe which works good,i said before 'send to sd'app from play store can send 'files,pics etc' (not applications) to sd card saving phone memory,gps works good,google maps with my location is spot on(more so than other phones i have had.the camera takes very good pics and the auto focus works good,white balance and exposure value adjustments,crop, rotate,and some minor editing adjustments.camera flash good from about 5 ft. or.less in total darkness in my opinion.it paired easily with my bluetooth headset.pinc to zoom works in web browsing and with pics,music sounds good,'tune in radio'downloaded from play store works good over wifi,with 'boomboxoid'music player from play store plays music well,no phone will please everyone.
it may not have android 2.3 or jelly bean and might not be the fastest(its still fast),but one gets a lot of bang for the buck,for a good price.

recently got this phone,android 2.1 and it is good ,downloaded many apps from google play,and added go launcher as an alternative,wifi works very good,the camera takes good pics and the camera flash is good from 5 ft or less in my opinion,there is an app. on the android market called 'send to sd' which can send files to the sd card(not applications)which works for me,mini usb is no problem because one can get mini usb to 3.5 mm adapters for headphones,it may not have the latest features but it works very good.

When will Android 2.2 for this phone?!
I do not understand the specs of it are better than the 5 Galaxy, but it is too slow (or does not run Angry Birds).
The screen of the phone, finish are wonderful, but customization let it slow him or processor is bad

this phone is stupid...i got the phone on 26th of July 2012...THREE DAYS LATER the phone crashed...other than that the audio and video was very good...but i would not recommend this phone 2 any 1...it's a waste of money
