1)after using for 3 months automaticly the touch was damage totally.now it is of no use and not finding a dell mobile service centre.
2)after recharging the balance goes on decreasing.

i have been using this phone for three years. until recently there is this message which pops up (the .com android has stop working unexpectedly) when i insert my micro Sim. this had made it impossible to use the phone even though some of the application are working without inserting the micro Sim. knowing very well that the primary function of every phone is to make and receive calls. please tell me what to do.

well........ i did not face any such problem yet.. n am usin my handset since sept. well..i actualy found it gud one.. though d OS is old.. bt cn b upgraded.... dr4 its a fair deal fo me to use ds one..!!
