How Can I Update My DELL XCD35?
My DELL XCD35 Operating system is Android 2.2 and I want to update into Android 2.3 But My city has no DELL Service center. I Want to update 2.2 from 2.3 with mobile or computer so how can I Update this.

Last week i updated from Froyo to GingerBread, its awesome.
It needs just 3 steps.
1. root it. i did temporary root using z4Root
2. install recovery manager
3. install the ROM (new OS).
Just search in Google "upgrade to gingerbread +ZTE Blade". you can find a lot

The phone is worst ...first three months it will give u superb service ...then the phone will automatically restart ......don't buy this phone

I have 2 phones in mind to buy-htc explorer,dell xcd35.I'd prefer to buy dellxcd35 because of the 3.5 inch screen though it's an old model.Moreover it's within my budget.I'd like to know if i m making a mistake by buying this instead of htc explorer.Please help me take a decision

It is an excellent phone to use in simple steps ,looking nice and battery back up is adequate . Only one thing is missing in this phone is the flash

This is a super mobile undoubtedly...
If ur criteria is good look, low budget and no issues on battery backup....this is the right choice for u.
U can get this mobile below 8000INR
Yes there are other mobiles also for this price
But screen size---3.5 inch
resolution----480*800 pixels
u cant get in other mobiles of this price
Im using this mobile since 7 months....no complaints regarding any issues.
Videos play very smooth, no signal problems, internet usage is decent, audio clarity was also good
The cons are
1. low battery (1250 mah, which was ok)
2. phone gets a bit heated while charging.
3. loud speaker was a bit low(but audio clarity is good)
Other thing is i updated this mobile to Android 2.3.7 which gives excellent performance for this mobile
Accessories which make this phone a super phone:
1. 16gb micro sd card
2. creative ep-630 inner head phones
3. Nokia N71 back panel(suits for this mobile with lil bit adjustment)
Update ur mobile to android 2.3.7 and install spb shell 3d launcher
Thats it...ur mobile rockzzzz

This phone is exalent in use i had all option in that i required in Devraj computers private limited even many more customers gave a very good feedback i had in many places like we had a stall at express avenue,spencer plaza,skywalk,citycenter and etc i would like this phone very much so many people ask about it

the phone ocassionaly crashes when i access images from the gallery. i am using an 8gb sd card
has anybody else experienced it as well
if yes pl suggest methods to correct the same
