I have been using this phone since last 7 months. This phone has given problem two times till date. Once voice has suddenly stopped, and service center that OS was reloaded to rectify it. Now The touch function has stopped suddenly and now customer care suspects hardware problem. Now you can decide whether to buy such Dell product? I am not going to purchase Dell mobile again in future.

this phone lukes awsme on my hand and,
it has awsme features......
bt only one prob. it heats up during charging....

From last 15 days am using this phone,am realy happy with it.
For facebook users it is excelent phone to use facebook.
One think is battery performance is low,but that is not a problem for me.

I bought XCD35 three months back and I am happy with it. One issue I found is it gets heated up when charging. Otherwise all other features are good and worth the money spent on this...

The worst smartphone ever on earth, i just bought it and used just for 11 days and the mobile shutdown automatically causing system failure, never go for dell mobiles there is no service at all.But the features are incredible.

I am one of poor customer who has purchased this XCD 35 mobile and suffering alot. On the second day itself phone got heated up and display gone. I have approached customer care. from 2 months i didn't get replacement. on other hand the customer care guy says, yours is 55th complaint(for replacing mobile) in this month. I have to replace all. Not even one is placed. Pls wait.... I don't know what fuck happening. I month 55 hand sets replacement. How to get back my money. Anyone pls suggest...

I have been using this mobile for past 3 months. Its really cool. Only phone which offers 3.5 inches scrren size with hi-fi sharpness. But only thing which makes me worry is , It gets heated up badly when i charge and use my phone as Wi-Fi hotspot.
Apart from that its really really woth of money.

It is just a rebranding of a zt... moremosi riyu, since u r not in favour of brand like dell. so my question to you is can you please suggest me some other alternative in this price brand of 7.8-8k with 480*800 pixels that too with 267 ppi and also with 3.5 inches screen..this is one of the most favoured product whose custom roms/mods are easily available on various forums(if u r aware of that)...so i request you to rethink ur decision considering its price tag...

This is not a dell product. It is just a rebranding of a zte phone. In India the same is available through Idea cellular also.In India Idea is selling this phone for 7.8k and dell is selling the same for 8.3k. Just the dell name is insisting 500 rupees extra. This is a basic android phone and does not have the performance of a samsung or HTC. Friends if you need a branded android phone with much better facilities better go for branded products like samsung and HTC may be they are a bit expensive than un branded products. But that extra money gives you extra performance and extra brand image
