If its before sept 2011 then u'll get ur phone back in few more weeks ...
Dont blame on their service coz they stopped the production of this series back in sept 2011...
And 1 more thing they never take ur phone in their custody until they have an replacement to make ... so go ahead and ask them about it ...

awesome phone i'v ever used...it can easiily defeat other phones in features and performance under the range of 9-10 thousands rupees....never go for samsung if ur budget is 9-10 thousands..

Bullshit Phone, I deposited this phone twice in the service centre due to hanging problem and display problem and currently I didn't got my phone back from service centre. I deposited this phone 2 and half months before and till yet I didn't got my phone back. poor service from centre. from last 6 months company is facing shortage of units. How this can happen ? please i advice you dont purchase this " Dabba" phone, its better to go for samsung, sony, htc , apple.

How many days should the DELL service center take to replace my defective Dell XCD35 phone? Im from Hyderabad and the DELL service center here sucks big time.

i dont think you can upgrade the os to 4.0 cuz the min requirement of os v4.0 is 1Ghz processor, here its only 600 mhz... not possible.

The phone is quite good. Especially the display. The colors & images are crisp. But the service really sucks. They are spoiling the name of dell service. Its been 40 days since i gave my phone for warranty and didnt recieve a replacement as yet.
