This T20 tablet is cute and light…
This T20 tablet is cute and light weight but the ghost touches on the screen make it COMPLETELY UNUSABLE. It just starts typing and opening apps and touching on the apps like it's possessed. I've run all kinds of antivirus scans and reset it twice. I've put screen protectors on and tried using only stylus pens to navigate. NOTHING HELPS. I've had dozens of Android devices. When my children were small I routinely bought them inexpensive Android phones to use on Wi-Fi, sometimes paying as little as $7 and I have never experienced any foolishness like this. The customer service is NON EXISTENT. I emailed everyone listed on the website and one guy in a weird department emailed me back and said to reset the device and then thanked me profusely for reaching out. He didn't respond to further emails and no one else did either. Their Facebook account says to message them but they're always unavailable at the moment. Purchased Tablet December 2023 and it became increasingly glitchy starting in April. Plenty time on warranty but only if someone is there for service or support. A SORRY DEVICE and an unaccountable company.

The device has no FM radio (the software is still included), the screen is very sensitive to rotation, as is the display. Android 12 is the version that has stopped, and there is hardly any newer version coming.

I have had this tablet since 2022, and it still works well today (Jan 2024).
Pros:
1. Speakers are loud and crisp, and connects to Bluetooth devices without any hassle.
2. It is a great for watching movies, has a long lasting battery which easily ploughs through 2+ hour of constant use, with some energy left.
3. I have only sparingly used it for work-related activities, but it held up well for those as well (I got a keyboard for it recently, so maybe my opinion may change soon.)
4. The screen is very responsive and the display is crispy.
5. The device has a generally premium look because of it's aluminum back panel, well-finished details.
Cons:
1. However, using a Bluetooth device for phone calls is practically useless as the sound become garbled, and it is impossible to have any meaningful communication.
Overall, I will recommend this as a general purpose entry-level tablet for someone still undecided about investing in a tablet.

It is not recommended at all, I paid 300$ for the t20 ultra 256, and it stopped working in two months while my kids were playing, I provided evidence to the shop but refused to fix it under warranty!

homayoon, 04 May 2023I have bought this tablet 2 weeks ago for the purpose of on... moreMy T20 is awesome. I understand what you mean about the stylus, but the disc tip is very durable. I don't know how many times I've fallen asleep on the stylus, but it hasn't broken off yet. I tore the ink pen side out (I don't like my tab stylus's to have ink pen in it) I do like the dual caps. I can't find a suitable dual cap replacement yet, the MEKO store has a few great ones. You shouldn't let the stylus ruin your opinion on the T20 itself.. its so great mid range tab. I have 4 tabs and the doogee is my favorite.

I have bought this tablet 2 weeks ago for the purpose of online teaching.
So far deeply dissatisfied. The stylus (which was included) was a joke. It is absolutely not smooth. The official website of doogee offers another stylus for extra 30 usd, but it is not even clear whether it is the same stylus or not, some pictures are different and some pictures the same. A very messy official salepoint.
I regret buying this product.
